Bio

Shujuan has over seven years of experience in the energy and manufacturing industries, managing roles encompassing technical engineering, project management, quality control management, and strategy consulting, where she employed analytical and interpersonal skills to improve operational efficiency and business performance. She has complemented her work as a technical engineer with deep interests in the business intelligence analysis. For the past year, she has worked on computational and statistical analysis of power market data at Altenex, an energy consulting firm in Boston, and also as a technical consultant and financial analyst at Give Global Energy, where she has co-designed a novel patent-pending crude oil processing system through analytical models and extensive use of numerical simulation techniques. Her education includes an expected Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial) Management and minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering from China Petroleum University. She is committed to continue applying her analytical skills and business acumen to aid leading firms in increasing operational efficiency and uncovering innovative business solutions.
