Bio

Felipe Daguila is committed to developing and implementing technology solutions that change the way customer view an organization, trust its reputation and use its products and services. He brings 16+ years of experience in the fields of information technology, consulting, business ecosystems, startups and e-commerce and has lead projects and product development in USA, Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Portugal. He has extensive experience in IT strategy, software development, digital business, architecture, process improvement and enterprise computing. As an IT Executive Director and Client Director at everis USA – an NTT Data Company, he oversees the digital business, consulting and IT delivery projects across Fortune 500 companies.
Previously, Felipe was Head of IT and developed the strategy, product, and service approach and defined the sales and delivery model for IT products and services. He lead IT engagements that effectively merged business with leading-edge technology solutions and enhanced products and services by teaming up with marketing agencies, top software vendors and startups. He has managed $10M P&L and CAPEX/OPEX budget exceeding $100M.

Felipe is a certified PMP and ITIL and has a PLD in Executive Education from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in IT information systems.
