Throughout his 7-year tenure as CIO, Modruson has delivered on his mission to make Accenture’s global expertise appear “local” to each client. Through the “Borderless Workplace,” a web-based collaborative work environment, Modruson empowered Accenture’s globally-dispersed workforce to leverage their collective knowledge to solve individual client’s business needs.

His strong, collaborative leadership, build on solid relationships amongst key stakeholders, including line of business management, senior executives, customers and shareholders, was key to successful implementation of the Borderless Workplace.
