Finding Kresge
The Symposium takes place in Kresge Auditorium, 48 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139. Kresge is well receded from Massachusetts Avenue and may be hard to see from the street. Please refer to the map on the logistics page. You can’t miss the tent in front of Kresge; the tent may be a better landmark.
Parking and Shuttle Bus

Registration Desk is in the Tent
When you arrive at the Symposium, please go to the tent outside of Kresge to sign in and get your badge and bag.
Lunch
Your lunch session assignment is printed on your badge. The "Cloud" and "Healthcare" sessions are full.
- If that is printed on your badge and you still want to attend, please be in your seat by 12:30 or you may forfeit it to the standby list.
- If that is NOT printed on your badge, you may "stand by" at the room. Any seat that is still open at 12:30 will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Networking Lunch in Rockwell is open to everyone. This year will feature "Birds of a Feather" lunch tables. Many of our speakers, including MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award finalists, will be participating in the discussions. The final table topics can be found here.
Luggage
If need be, you can store your luggage during the Symposium in the basement of Kresge Auditorium. As you enter Kresge from the street level, go down the stairs to the bottom level. The men's room and the luggage room are on the left (women’s room to the right). Standard checkin processes apply, i.e. you'll get a ticket for your luggage. The room will be manned to approximately 7:30 PM.
Gold Shirts
The Gold Shirt team will provide directions and answer your questions. You can’t miss them and don’t hesitate to use them.
