Bio

Judith recently retired after a career as a program manager, consultant, and researcher in industry and academia. She spent 13 years as a program manager at IBM, first with the IBM Institute for Knowledge Management and then with the IBM Institute for Business Value, both highly-reputed research groups producing business thought leadership for executive audiences in industry and government.  Prior to IBM, Judith was director of research and member programs at ICEX, a boutique IT research firm. From 1979-1997, she was associate director of the MIT Center for Information Systems Research (CISR), where her responsibilities included program management, sponsor relationships, and research.

Judith holds a B.S. in mathematics from Tufts University and a M.S. management from the MIT Sloan School.  As a volunteer, she is currently a sponsorship account manager for the 2014 MIT Sloan CIO Symposium and a project manager with Community Consulting Teams (CCT) which does pro bono management consulting for small nonprofits in the Greater Boston area.
