Bio

As Vice President Global IT for Avaya Michael Loo is responsible for the delivery of various common enabling services. This includes all components of real-time communications, video and infrastructure/network engineering and delivery. A major component of Avaya’s real-time communications capability is the On Avaya Program, the implementation of Avaya products for use by Avaya.
Loo joined Avaya in July 2007 following a long career in the information technology field for a number of Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities have included strategic planning, business process re-engineering, ERP implementation, B-to-B e-commerce implementation and various operational and technology leadership positions.
