Bio

Ritu is responsible for strategic planning, development and management of employee wellness initiatives for Wellvolution, Blue Shield’s employee wellness program. She has successfully launched new social gaming wellness applications. Prior to coming to Blue Shield of California, Ritu was an epidemiologist at LifeMasters. Ritu brings with her a diversity of national and international experience in community health, epidemiology, and integrative wellbeing. She has a passion for wellness in her professional and personal life, in her free time she can be found cycling or striking a yoga pose.

Ritu holds her M.P.H. from the University of Southern California, and an undergraduate degree in Genetics, from UC Davis.
